All delegates should refer to the individual registration form for each event to view and agree to the individual terms and conditions for that particular conference.
For all conferences if the programme should change and a speaker not be able to present for any reason then please note there will be no refunds available. In this instance, where possible a replacement speaker will sought and the programme will be adhered to as much as possible. Please note that Hg3 conferences have no liability in connection with any changes to the advertised programme.
